Hi-Tec.com offers free 45-day returns and exchanges. Hi-Tec.com will gladly authorize returns of any unworn merchandise made on Hi-Tec.com. Merchandise must be returned and received undamaged, in the original packaging. The full value of the merchandise you return will be refunded, but not the original the cost of shipping. Returns and exchanges can be made here, and a return label will be automatically generated for you and deducted from the refund total.

For Sales on the Amazon platform, the Hi-Tec Brand works hard to ensure that only authentic, high quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, the Hi-Tec brand offers a 45 Day money back satisfaction guarantee for its products if the item you received was damaged, defective, or you changed your mind and returned your products in line with our Return Policies. NOTE: The Hi-Tec Brand will only honor the Amazon 45 day money back guarantee with valid proof of purchase directly from an official Hi-Tec Amazon Reseller.

Product bought anywhere outside of Hi-Tec.com and Amazon.com cannot be returned at Hi-Tec.com and must be returned to the respective retailer.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive your item(s). All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 7-10 days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting it. You'll receive an email notification once we've processed your return.
